Kelly Mruk

Coach Mruk has been at Edge School since 2014, coaching in his 12th seasons split between our Boys Elite 15, U16 Prep, U17 Prep hockey teams.

In the 2025/26 season, Kelly took over as the Female U18 Prep Head Coach.

Career experiences you are most proud of:
Being selected to play in the ’92 AMHL All Star game, along being a part of two League, Pacific and National Championship Air Canada Cup Teams both as a player in ’91 and coach in ’02 with the Calgary “U18-AAA” Northstars.

Why did you choose this career? 
To have the chance to give back to our future athletes, our boy and girls could experience all the opportunities, friendships and excitements as I had playing hockey and sports. #Family, #Brotherhood & #Sisterhood
